Taste Clusters

Full disclosure: we have no idea if low-alcohol beers are ever going to trend up, but we've always brewed what we wanted regardless if there is a market for it, and in the case of Taste Clusters, we were dying for a super refreshing and super low alcohol Westcoast IPA that has a gigantic hoppy nose and a low enough of an ABV that we can drink pints all night and not end up in a world of hurt. We paired up Mosaic, Amarillo, and Waimea to create a hop profile that is part modern juicy Westcoast and part classic citrus, loaded with notes of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, sweet summer melon, tangerine zest, pine needles, yellow peaches, passion fruit, and papaya.
