Gold Status

We've played with Nectaron hops for a while but haven't had enough in-house to brew a full-sized single-hop batch. After waiting our turn in line, selling copious amounts of blood and non-vital organs on the dark web, we've finally got Nectaron stock in our hop armory. With Gold Status, we opted for a low-bitterness, heavy-bodied IPA to showcase these inexplicably expensive and exceptionally marketed hops. With a full mouthfeel and a little residual sweetness that kisses your lips, it's the perfect beer to compliment Nectaron and its notes of freshly juiced pineapple, passion fruit sorbet, ripe peaches, dried apricots, and navel orange zest.
