Aged over 6 years. Very smooth. Don't think it's diminished much, and there are no off flavors, though it did get cloudy. Tastes a lot like a chardonnay.

First few sips leave you wondering, “Did this go bad?” But then it settles into its groove and it tastes more like a Chardonnay. If you like a nice Chardonnay this one might be for you.
