This is by far, the oldest beer I’ve drank, thirteen years. Still holding up very well, very barley wine tasting. Mellow everything, figs, plum, dried fruits. Not even close to a drain pour. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦Kherson♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Still really impressed, especially for a 2012, and no I don't have a sandstone cavern cellar, just a cardboard box in the spare room. Balanced and drinkable.. Big Sister fruit cake liberally drizzled with Courvoisier XO.

Stuart MacDiarmid: I enjoyed that back in 2017, before I learned to comment properly.

I think this one stayed in the cellar a bit too long - 9b years is just a too much for a vintage beer. It wasn't off, but the richness wasn't there. What a waste ...
Bee Niven: Maybe a ginger after taste from that Darrel Lea was interfering with the beer?
