Originally intended to be our entry into Massachusetts Beer Week's Homebrew Competition put on by Weymouth's Barrel House Z, little did we know it'd mean so much more to us. Brewed on the very same day E12 welcomed it's newest addition to the brewery, "Sam." has been hopped with copious amounts of Citra & Galaxy w/ a beautiful kiss of CTZ to give it just the right amount of bitterness. "Sam." opens up w/ notes of fresh pineapple & papaya, including some medium-strong notes of grape but grapefruit, more pineapple, and super fresh orange hit the palate wonderfully. "Sam." is more malty than any other Hazy IPA we've done, and it's for good reason; it helps balance the hop character really well! Drink "Sam." in celebration of Brandon, his newest addition to the Dellechiaie-Lesogor-Exit 12 Family, as well as to anything great you're celebrating yourself!
