Tree Beer (2016)

Our resident botanist brewer, Molly O'Brien, helms our annual Tree Beer for her third year, infusing this brew during knockout with 15lbs of the finest, stickiest foraged tree parts she could find. She artfully arranged spruce tips, juniper berries, whole cone hops galore and loads of hand-collected pine into the hop back, creating the most heavenly smell in our brewhouse. The result is a resinous, dank and festive holiday brew. Admit it, you've always wanted to put a Christmas tree in your mouth and now you can.
