Fors Fortuna

Fors Fortuna is 7.2% Farmhouse Saison (Late Harvest BA). It is like a tightrope walking, like handling fire. This is a beer that was aged in barrels that contained late harvest grape wine. This wine is made out of the beautiful art of controlling chaos. Here, we’ve captured that chaos into a beautiful symphony.

Botrytis cinerea is the noble rot. And it provides a delicate unique sweetness to the grapes. You’ve probably heard about such thing in the famous molded cheeses. In this beer, it provided a delicate funky character, along with the sweet, bready and peppery profile from the saison base. It shows a clear light golden and thin fruity aromas. Show Less
