Advent #22. A new one for me, a Wormwood Pilsner. Initially thought a hint of ginger, but it's the mix of pineapple and the herbal aromatic from the Wormwood. In my new Hops Hollw glass, acquired on my travels this week along with an Anvil Ale glass.

ABC#11/22 This is going down a treat 15km into my cycle! It is a Pilsner with hints of floral sweetness to it, which probably comes from the African Wormwood! It also has medicinal attributes…so beer is good for you! Not a new beer, light and quaffable!

Why not another…trying this one again! Initial aromas and taste is that of pineapple, an African Wormwood Pilsner…although I’m not convinced it’s a Pilsner! Fruity and floral!

A bit confusing…is it a Pilsner or a farmhouse ale? Or both? Mmm, definitely more Saison, very hoppy, with pineapple flavors. Not sweet though, slightly bitter, sessionable, going down well after a 5km workout, wormwood is apparently good for digestion!
