Brewed with 200kgs of locally grown Shiraz Grapes, lovingly pressed and added into ferment, this bold, brilliant beast of a beer lands at a cool 12.5%.

Mellowed over four months in a carefully selected arrangement of barrels (Ft. Cabernet, Shiraz and Malbec), on a select variety of ingredients from our loved locals x Margaret River Roasting Co, x Gabriel Chocolate Yallingup , there is a plethora of smooth, warming characters playing for attention.

Key notes include; Cherry, Forest Fruit, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Hints of freshly ground Coffee, Molasses and Oak. Show Less
