The Story:
Born out of a collaboration with 5 Rabbits Cerveceria in Chicago we thought to explore the craft beer example of a "Mezcal Mule" cocktail. A large amount of agave was used in the brewing process with the grain and hops carefully chosen to highlight the post fermentation additions of fresh lime juice and ginger. This Mula offer a complete and unique experience of a beer that pushes the boundaries of artistry.

The Taste:
Initially the Mula fills your senses with aromas of fresh lime and citrus hops. The lime quickly dissipates as the main character and the elaborate montage reveals itself in the flavor. Ginger is matched by sweetness of agave, then a subtle smokiness becomes present in the finish reminding you a well crafted mezcal.
