Reading the other latest reviews, it seems I am a pro at aging beer. Like I ever had a doubt about it 😅😎🤭. Bretts took over, as expected, turning it wilder, sourer but complex and layered. Wood, rum, figs, dry, no sweetness, easy to drink, worth it !!

Forgot this bottle. 2 years after the best before... And unfortunately it tastes like that... Cardboard , mold... That's strange for a 10,5% abv brett sour beer. Was it pasteurized? No rating.

Two years over date, but for a quad this should be no problem. Unfortunately no foam at all. Tastes very sweet, slight malty undertone. Probably left it for too long...
