Oh you can’t beat the beet juice. What a fun sour. Lots of sweet earthy sweet ans tart beer notes. Grassy acidic dry bright finish.

First batch 2019. I haven't had this until today. It's way delicious. The beets have a TOUCH of vegetal notes, but in the best way possible. A massive swing and a hit for me
