Mead. That's what it is. No buckets of sweetener added, no syrups, no bullshit. Light orange, meyer lemon and floral notes accompanied by threads of vanilla. Insanely good, easy, smooth, enjoyable. I could easily dome this bottle without a sugar hangover.
