Ah, this is a beaut. Big, perfectly balanced farmhouse. All of the goodness with minimal murk. A fine wine of beer.

Smells funky and mature. Right amount of carbonation, earthy and lots of stone fruit. Oaky and little acidic in the end. Much like a few years old gueuze. Bright and a touch of sweetness to finish. Very comfortable to drink!
