2015 beer, purchased in '17 and aged for 5 years in Macaluso basement. Aged well. 10% completely disguised. Wine oakiness prominent, starts tart but smoothes out. Heartburn at end. Paired w/aioli garlic mustard, colby longhorn cheese and Ritz crackers.
