This pleasing spring release was fermented in a port barrel and allowed to free-rise ferment, thus allowing the Belgian yeast to have a hay-day! Bright, Meyer's lemon and piney hop aromas greet your nose, leading to a brilliant citric-tart and apricot flavor that finishes with a brilliant linger of dry, tannin, and tart from a mix of the dry hopping, oak barrel and Belgian yeast.
