Goldfinch (2021)

An old recipe from the first year of Brick & Feather. We call it an American Table Beer, and it's all you'll ever need in a hoppy little pale ale!

The beer has been re-imagined to meet a new flavor profile. We used a clean ale yeast, and lagered the beer for an extended time. Dry hops (Vic Secret & El Dorado) were added using a different technique than with our core hoppy beers, resulting in much more of the varietal character coming through, and a more focused sensory experience overall.

We taste slightly sweet cereal malts, tropical fruits, some spice, and a subtle fermentation character not unlike our lagers possess. It is medium bodied but finishes crisp. Show Less
