Brain Disengage

We live in a society with overstimulation. Constantly barraged by information, whether on billboards, TVs, laptops, or the ubiquitous smartphone. The lockdown hasn’t made it any easier. Ever-changing rules and guidelines. Even after a full day work, you can’t just turn off, you are still connected. Whether you like it or not, you are always plugged in and switched on.

So maybe we need another tactic. If we can’t turn off the devices, we need to disengage our brains. It’s not easy, but Bräugier has something to help.
