Lambic plat, vinaigre balsamique bien fondu, acide et légèrement funk. C'est loin d'être la meilleure Cantillon du weekend mais c'est intéressant et pas mauvais du tout Édit: en laissant le verre s'ouvrir ça devient full noix, autant au nez qu'en bouche.
