Barrel-aged imperial stout aged on maple syrup. I am not a huge fan of maple syrup in stouts but this is quite good. The barrel & maple sweetness are nicely balanced & it's rich but not syrupy or too sweet. It gets better as it warms too. Cheers! 🍻
