Aroma is farmhouse straw, Brett, and bitter berries. Taste is mildly spicy, raspberries, and funky/acidic finish. Very well balanced and smooth finish.

Can't remeber how old this beer is, but she has held on wonderfully in the cellar. Amber colour, light carbonation, no funk, grapefruit zest lingers on the palette. This beer finishes dry and clean with mild pepper.
