Animal Tracks 2022

This is Bird Dog’s second release of Animal Tracks. A blend of (in order) Ellis Bitter, Pink Lady, Shizuka, Porter’s Perfection, Northern Spy, and Dabinett, it was fermented in stainless steel then aged for three months in apple brandy barrels from Dead Bird Brandy / Shelburne Orchards in Shelburne, VT. Bottle conditioned, so natural sediment will occur. Show Less
