Malty, and a little sour, the taste is light for a stout. It drinks more like a Porter. Malty, a little coffee and chocolate. Ok, but doesn’t blow the doors off.

Vergleichsweise dünn, da offensichtlich etwas weniger Röstmalz verwendet wurde und stattdessen die Zuckertüte größer war. Hinten raus kommt dann noch etwas röstaroma, aber insgesamt eher süß und dünner.

I was pleasantly surprised to have a beer like this from a Japanese brewery. Really solid imperial stout. Not too chocolatey. 9%!? That’s rare here too for beers.
