Chaos (2021)

A decade in the making, the return of Chaos to the MA beer scene.

So what’s changed? Although the hop varieties and quantities have stayed the same, the timing was tweaked. We moved some hops to later in the boil and dry hop. The result is less bitterness and more flavor/aroma contribution. We also changed up the yeast- fermenting this time around with an English ale strain which results in the beer being slightly less dry and conserving a touch of malt character. You’ll notice Chaos isn’t as hazy as some of our other beers - that’s by design. It never was super hazy, but was always hazy enough that you couldn’t see through it.

The hop character is refined, bright, but still intense. Show Less
