Hg is the symbol for Mercury, a constantly changing element and the fastest moving planet in the solar system. Like it's name sake, our HG series is a constantly evolving series of IPA's. Through experimentation with unique combinations of ingredients and innovative techniques, we will continuously push the boundaries of brewing and produce constantly changing forms of craft beer.

Intense citrus and candied orange notes on the nose carry through to the palate, in the first of our constantly evolving HG series. Hg - No. 1 is a full bodied IPA balanced by moderate bitterness that finishes clean and refreshing.
