Almost clear yellow with thin white head. Nose is huge oak and funky Brettanomyces. Taste is sour lemon, grassy toward the finish. The Brett gives a much needed zip throughout the brew. Lots of funk barrel notes through out.

December 2014 bottle. Probably bought this off the shelf at Hunger Mountain Co-Op in Montpellier. Really surprised by this one. They are usually cardboard Brett bombs, but this still has some citrus and bright funk. Had good luck today with cellar pulls

Oaky, bretty, but sadly oxidized. Reminds me a bit of an old bottle of Orval with the hops lingering in the background but the brett has almost eaten it whole. Dry and papery finish, has peaked but was enjoyable to try nonetheless.
