Precious Oils: 2023

This years’ edition of Precious Oils, our annual wet hopped West Coast IPA, was brewed with 300lbs of fresh whole cone Idaho 7 from Jackson Farms, and dry hopped with 2023 Chinook and idaho 7 LupomaxⓇ. Expect pine infused navel orange, bright pineapple, and zesty grapefruit supported by undercurrents of black currant and rosemary. A slightly elevated, but soft bitterness balances against a subtle kick of mixed berry sweetness in the finish.
