Wish You Would

Wowza, every now and then there's a beer that'll make you toot your own horn (modestly of course). We're generally very critical of what we do day in and day out, and put in alot of work to refine and perfect each iteration of a beer. This is true for bringing West Coast IPAs into our lineup over the last year, and we LOVE this one. This IPA is built atop a mountain of Citra, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin that reminds us of fresh-cut citrus, Alsatian Riesling, and a sliver of pine/orange pith that keeps the bitterness lingering for just long enough to start thinking about the next sip.
