AJ - This one's interesting. A nice fruitiness with something I can't identify (which I'm assuming is the amburana wood.) An almost cinnamon note? A touch of tannins on the finish.

This was a very enjoyable cider! Not too sweet, not too astringent, and the "funk" from the amburana wood was pleasant and earthy.
