TwoCiderSnobz H is drinking an Oak St. Dry by Bauman's Cider Company at Bauman’s On Oak
DS - Somehow manages to smell like like dry apple skins with a hint of funk. Quite dry, to the point of pilling moisture from the roof of my mouth. Nice all around tartness.

TwoCiderSnobz H is drinking a Big Red Apples by Bauman's Cider Company at Bauman’s On Oak
DS - Good apple smell with distinct caramel notes. Could almost understand the associations with tobacco and bourbon, but I disagree. Flavor is mildly tart apples, semi-dry probably with a brief toungue-tart finish.

TwoCiderSnobz H is drinking a Little Green Apples by Bauman's Cider Company at Bauman’s On Oak
DS - Has a fulsome and juicy apple smell, rich and fruity. Flavors are a tapestry of notes woven together; little bit of acidity, sharp and tart, dry but juicy still, and a hint of tannic bitterness.

TwoCiderSnobz H is drinking a Gravenstine Rosé by Bauman's Cider Company at Cider Summit Seattle
DS - Modest grape and wine notes dominate the scent. Neither red or white wine. The flavors are a well balanced mix of cider and wine; dry and tart and fruity. The finish lingers pleadingly as a mild tart and dry mouthfeel.
Purchased at South Lake Union Discovery Center
DS - A intoxicating scent of champagne and apples. Dry and wine-like and fruity. Lovely bubbles and dry, but there's a burst of sweetness at first sip.
