OT - a surprising amount of smoke for a saison; very roasty, oddly bitter, and a bit of a unique interpretation of a saison.

Dig it! Dry and dusty rye and Belgian flavors collide in a perfectly drinkable dark beer. Nice foil to the greasy delicious pork shoulder.
