Almost savoury. Ginger is most prominent, with the Myrtle and cinnamon following in its wake. Not all that tart. Reminds me of homemade ginger beer, a bit - the quite yeasty kind.

Lots of peach on the nose which carries through. Pangs of lemon meringue also come through before finishing tart. The lactose keeps its all in check but it’s still a massive sour bomb! Creamy with superb body. A true sour pastry!
