Ok. ESB. Not my first but this tastes like a triple or quad. Yet, tasty.
David Dunlop is drinking a Boudica by Roof-top Brewery
Later bottles more lager like once hops mellowed. Still felt more like a blonde than a lager, not quite dry enough. 3.6

Was sadly more lagery before I added dry hops. Quite lemony from the Boudicea hops. Can't tell if the crisp apple aftertaste was dry hops or a flaw. First true lager fermented at lager temps. 3.6

Smooth chocolate and hints of coffee from the Carafa III. Early bottles notably hoppy, decent body, but lighter and cleaner than my stouts/porters. 3.9
Earned the Home Brewed Goodness (Level 23) badge!David Dunlop: Basing this score on previous No Great Lakes Porter and Murphy Ohara stout, which I think this is almost on par with.
David Dunlop is drinking a Tawny Squirrel by Roof-top Brewery
Like a bigger version of my previous Cali common. Treacle, cocoa, hints of licorice, crisp carbonation. Maybe too bitter for style, but I like a good hit of NB hops. An Alt? No idea but I enjoyed. 3.8
Earned the Highlander (Level 34) badge!David Dunlop is drinking an UHR - Pictish Pale by Roof-top Brewery
Prompted by a clump of flowering wild heather at our new garden and based loosely on WB Fraoch clone recipe. Result somewhere between a pale mild and a hefe. Floral with a dry finish.

Slight ash hint, a little thin, but a very nice beer. Would buy.

David Dunlop: This one was a mess, so thanks for rating higher than expected. Very fruity in the wrong way.

David Dunlop: Really pleased with this score too, glad you picked up on the cherry notes, i liked this with the chocolate, but yeah apple skin was evident

Didn't know what to expect, laughed in a good way on 1st taste as kinda Belgian vs wheat. Nice malt profile, even a bit horlicksy! Good mouthfeel and carb. There is a slight off flavour there, but quite low. Really tasty. Could be magnificent if tweaked.
Earned the Fields of Gold (Level 27) badge! Earned the Highlander (Level 86) badge!David Dunlop: Haha, would've put good money on you preferring the hoppy blonde. I thought you would either love or loathe the unintentional Belgian twang.
David Dunlop: Really pleased it was the former. I got light bock vibe as well. A slight solvent aroma on opening. Delighted with your review, cheers.

David Dunlop: I'll take that, to be fair the smoke, whisky and wood were all very subtle, probably too much so.
James T. is drinking a Greg by Roof-top Brewery at Kincorth
David Dunlop: Can't put my finger on the issue with this one. Got quite a yeasty smell coming through the hops which dies off after a while.
David Dunlop: Interesting how it ended up so bitter as used a lot less hops than last years No Worries Aussie Pale and all added late. Maybe yeast bite!
