A bit sharp on the bitterness and quite dry. Hopefully that will mellow a bit with conditioning. Need to lower the sulphate to chloride ratio. Apart from that a nice beer. I recon it will be excellent once I’ve finalise the water additions.

Definitely on the right track. Really nice, roasty and smooth. A touch too much residual sweetness for what I was going for, will correct that for the final version. On the whole, very pleased.

I think this brew has some astringency. Need another test on this one, but it’s certainly in the direction I wanted. Will be a fantastic beer once I sort that issue out.
