Not a lot of head but more than the Scottish. Still has an issue with the body, will prob add some non fermentables to the next batch and try get some more coffee flavor. Maybe even add some actual coffee.

This one was carbed a little more and that improved the mouthfeel significantly. I also added a touch of lime to it and *chef’a kiss*.

Flavors cleaned up really nice. Not a very interesting beer, but tastes clean and is a good backdrop for more flavors as I progress as a brewer.

Got my first taste since bottling today. Flavor is nice and mostly with a touch of biscuit, balanced but not over powered by the hops.
