Matthieu L: L'Amer D'Iroise J’ai plus la bouteille sous la main donc je sais pas exactement, mais je l’ai depuis cet été donc ça doit avoir 6 mois minimum. La brett reste légère gustativement et le gush est pas long mais je suis facilement agacé par un gush :)

Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais dès que je débouche une bière L'Amer d'Iroise je ne peux m'empêcher de prendre une photo, magnifique couleur, belle mousse, amertume équilibrée, mélange d'agrumes et de pin en bouche, c'est toujours un instant de plaisir !
