Our first full-bodied, dark, and lovely iteration of this American Stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Additions of toasted almond, Madagascar vanilla, and a pinch of Vietnamese cinnamon offer hints of baking spice to a forefront flavor of deep and dark fruits, molasses, and almond bark, with it finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth black-as-night sipper with a light tan head that recedes quickly, and forms a base for many future flavors. Contains tree nuts. Read Less

As summer begins to wind down and the hard work of spring begins to come to fruition, a great shadow starts to loom on all of the agricultural industry-from farmer to brewer. Harvest season kicks off in full swing with our triple hazy harvest India pale ale, Spirit of the Season. A full bodied, heavy and hoppy beer composed of all the things that we feel represents harvest. Superb dankness, tropical fruits galore, underlying citrus, and a walloping 11% ABV. Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Strata, and Nelson all pack in to add their unique flavors. This liquid is an ode to the tremendous amount of work it takes every year to make each drop of liquid grain and hops possible. Enjoy responsibly, contains milk sugar. Read Less

A hazy Imperial India Pale Ale brewed with flaked oats, hard red winter wheat malt, unmalted wheat, and honey malt for an extra layer of sweetness and beautiful orange glow. Hopped lightly in the kettle with a small amount of Simcoe for a back bone of grapefruit, apricot, and an underlying clean bitterness. Then hit with an other-worldly amount of Galaxy, Enigma, Azacca, and even more Simcoe in our double dry hop to amp up the stone fruit, as well as introduce peach, lime, and light notes of Pinot Gris with an intense “diesel” background . An Imperial India Pale Ale brewed with oat malt, flaked wheat, and a small dose of flaked rye for a medium body to hold up to intensive hopping. We hit it hard in the kettle with Simcoe, Strata, and Vic Secret hops to completely shackle your palette with flavors of ripe pineapple, mango, and fresh spruce. After a wickedly hot fermentation, we double dry hop again with similar hops as well as a heaping amount of Cryo Citra to crank up the insidious flavor. Then conditioned on terpenes, the finished product is as aromatic as it is evil, with tropical fruit, intense ganja, and dark berries taking over your senses. CONTAINS ZERO THC. Read Less

Our celebration-of-harvest festbier with floor malted pilsner malt, dark Munich malt, and a touch of brumalt for an array of copper and amber hues offering a malty caramel and wildflower honey base in this double decocted lager. The beer is then hopped with Saaz and Strata, offering the first Grow twist on a classic. Then co-fermented cool with our terpene blend to give an aroma of herbs, spice, and intense fall foliage. A scientific approach to the garden! Our friends from Underground Beer Lab met
up to help brew this hazy double India pale ale with flaked oats, unmalted wheat, flaked rye, and 100 pounds of wildflower honey. We hopped it with copious amounts of Citra and Rakau in the whirlpool and then engineered fermentation with UBL’s house yeast. We then gave it our signature “heavy fertilizer” hop treatment with more Citra and Rakau, as well as a hefty dose Simcoe. Tangerine marmalade, yuzu, and apricot burst through the underlying sap for this silky smooth lab grown collaboration. Read Less

Dry hopped during active fermentation with Citra and more NZ Cascade, this beer offers notes of black lime zest, plum-apricot stone fruit, and some classic Grow dankness. Read Less
