A scientific approach to the garden! Our friends from Underground Beer Lab met
up to help brew this hazy double India pale ale with flaked oats, unmalted wheat, flaked rye, and 100 pounds of wildflower honey. We hopped it with copious amounts of Citra and Rakau in the whirlpool and then engineered fermentation with UBL’s house yeast. We then gave it our signature “heavy fertilizer” hop treatment with more Citra and Rakau, as well as a hefty dose Simcoe. Tangerine marmalade, yuzu, and apricot burst through the underlying sap for this silky smooth lab grown collaboration. Show Less
