Давным давно, в Перми, жил купец. Звали его Гурий Афанасьевич, а фамилия его была Нечаев. Как и положено всякому порядочному купцу, был он куц прической, но обширен бородой, и штаны имел с полоской и пинжак с карманами. И, разумеется, лавку — иначе какой он купец, без лавки-то? На сегодняшний манер, эту лавку вполне можно было бы назвать универсальным магазином, потому как торговать Гурий Афанасьевич предпочитал солью, спичками и медью.
После известных событий начала ХХ века лавочка закрылась, место почти сто лет переходило из рук в руки, пока не добралось до рук правильных, хозяйственных. И теперь на месте лавочки купца Нечаева бар стоит, Smoky Dog называется.
К именинам этого бара мы и сварили наш совместный сорт, в котором, по заветам Гурия Афанасьевича, объединили необъединимое — яркий, солнечный грейпфрут, дерзкую кислинку черной смородины и внезапно — свеклу, потому что можем. Сочетание получилось роскошное, уж не знаем, оценил бы наши старания купец Нечаев, но вам это точно понравится! Read Less
