Now the Cider Review article is live. One of my standout perries, nay drinks, of the year. Brilliant clarity to it, radiating a pastel orange hue up close. Orange rind and mango juice initially on the nose. Similar on the palate. 🍐

Now the Cider Review article is out. A grassy, wildflower meadow nose. Slight element of satay sauce. Foam Banana sweets mixed in with some kind of sour plum bonbon on the palate. Lovely long finish that lingers in the mouth 🍐

Now the Cider Review article is live. aAroma from Williams pears in can, hinting at an elderflower blossom, syrupy, honeyed element. A fair amount of residual sugar left in this juice. Just enough citric acid to balance it and stop it becoming clawing. 🍐

A welcome revisit now my Cider Review article is live. Nettle, borage, rosemary, it’s a herbaceous aroma, with a whisp of lemon rind running through it. Lemon prickle fizz on the tongue, stewed gooseberry and elderflower, a little biscuity to follow. 🍐

Now the Cider Review article is out. Hazy orange appearance, light effervescence. Orange peel, allspice, ginger, stewed gooseberry on the nose. Grilled pineapple chunks with a slosh of mango juice in the mouth. This is a full-bodied juice bomb of a perry.

Now my Cider Review article is out. Wax jacket and rubber wellies meets candied pear skin. As it opens up, a glorious tropical fruit salad note of lychee, papaya, and pear. Soft tannins on the roof of the mouth. Slatey minerality. First time with this 🍐
