This beer has an amazing scent, so floral 😍 Definitely not your regular blanche, as the wheat taste is present but it rather has a tropical fruit body with an elderflower sweetness which also lingers in the smooth and slightly sour aftertaste.

Bière à la mousse fine et éphémère. Au nez c'est houblonné et fruité. En bouche l'amertume est puissante et persistante le corps légé et désaltérant. Bonne bière mais il me reste l'impression d'avoir sucé un pellet de houblon.
