I've had a few of these that were oxidized, but this one, bottled 12/5/2018, is in great condition. Leathery head, loads of dark bitter chocolate, some milk chocolate in the finish. Solid.

This Czech pils is in a good spot right now. Crisp, floral, snappy! Brew day saw a failed chilling experiment. I hoped to chill into the low 60f, but 72f was the best I could do. What a tangle mess that was! Back to the chilling drawing board we go.
