Belgian Quad by Next Stop Brew Co.

I am shocked I've never checked this in before. This bottle is a 2018 and it's held up incredibly well. There's a subtle hint of smoke upfront but that faded as this got warmer.

RIP Intrepid Sojourner Beer Project! This bottle is from 2018. The pepper and spice are basically gone so you're left with a solid stout.

Very dark brown pour, no head. Aroma of chocolate, prune, smoke. Taste follows, rich, chocolaty, with caramel, espresso, some fruit. Full body. Great!

Deep purple, nice purple head. Aroma of blueberry, lavender, corn, and spice. Flavor of blueberry, soda, corn. Too sweet. But still very very good!

Deep orange brown. Character of caramel, wood, berries, some smoke. Like a woodsy scotch ale. Interesting!

Gold pour, white head. Aroma and flavor are soapy and grassy but that's about it. Not great.

Blueberry Lemon Thyme by Next Stop Brew Co.

Orange-plum pour. Nice blueberry aroma. Taste follows, definitely plenty of lemon and thyme. Could be a bit fuller or sweeter.

Black pour, small brown head. Big aroma of espresso, with some chocolate and smoke. Taste follows with cardomom and pepper, but a bit flat/thin.
