Sidra, as in northern Spain. Dry, yeasty, lots of fizz. First cider we drank in Sonoma. Always a favorite, especially among beer/wine folks

Dry, with some sweetness though subtle. Favorite for friends who aren't necessarily into dry ciders. Great with food.
