Pretty solid NEIPA. Solid body/mouthfeel. Citrus flavors up front w some solid stonefruit underneath. A lot of mixed citrus w orange & lime notes. Mild peach & tropical fruit in the middle. Lightly piney dank finish. Pretty complex profile. Tasty haze.

Can Can

An unfiltered German pils. Light malt profile gives way to noble hop flavors. Somewhat herbal & spicy in a good way. Has a smooth shot of bitterness. Off dry and very crisp in the finish. Has some decent flavor for such a light brew Solid German character

Can Can

Pretty solid session ipa. Has the familiar and well liked combo of Citra & Mosaic. Not reinventing the wheel here. Rather light bodied but has decent hop flavor. Citrus forward but has some depth from the mosaic. Solid hop flavors in a crushable package.

This was interesting. Contessa hops are new to me. Light malt presence with a dry, clean finish. The hops added done interring flavor w some stonefruit and floral characteristics. Almost a light green tea edge in finish. Pretty unique I enjoyed this lager

Bottle Bottle

This was pretty tasty. Good adjuncts & good barrel. Solid base w nice roast in malt profile. Coconut in nose translates to sip nicely. Some smooth vanilla melds right into solid bourbon barrel flavors. This doesn’t go crazy sweet either. Just good flavor

Bottle Bottle

Huge barrel in the nose. Thick, rich imp stout w a mild chocolatey edge. Huge barrel kicks in towards the end. Full & lightly sweet bourbon leads the way. Mildly boozy rum note blends in. A bit of oak & vanillin adds depth. Bourbon forward but very tasty

Cask Cask

I enjoyed this. It has a lot of grain character in the malt profile. Mild caramel note blends in w graininess and touch of rye spice. The natural carbonation from the cask was very smooth. Finish is clean and thus drank really easy. Really solid collab.

Can Can

Solid lager here. Pretty light w a bit of delicate hop flavor. I get some mild stonefruit in the profile. Finish is still crisp & clean. I get that it’s a lager but would have liked to see a little more flavor from the dry hop. This wasn’t bad but mild.
