Derek Hyde: Even drier (sometimes using additional enzymes), but easing up on the bitterness... leaving the IBU Wars a thing of the past.

Not half as terrible as I remember. Clean, with some grainy malt, a hint of citrus and even a prickly bit of noble hop spice.

An oat kellerpils, from what I can make out. Pleasant fruitiness, mostly from the Motueka, and a lightly grainy, spicy finish.
