Pretty sure that RE wasn’t trying to reinvent the battle here, but it’s also very well done. Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, light drinkable feel, & a surprisingly dry finish are all on point. The bright carb is nice & keeps it all cleaned up nice as well

Bright biscuit, sulfury, floral notes all rolled into the aroma. Body is all do those things, a round feel plus a big pop of resiny, earthy hop notes, that resin really lingering in the finish. It’s a big hop punch for the style, but also quite enjoyable.

Not as tasty as other batches but def couldn’t pass this bad boy up! Had two pours. I’ve noticed it varies from keg to keg at different bars in past releases. I’ve try more later.
