Joe Wilson: I generally trust Sierra Nevada to execute basics really well, so I intentionally went to them to set my own baseline.
Joe Wilson is drinking a Bourbon County Brand Stout (2013) 14.9% by Goose Island Beer Co. at The Dragon's Lair
Time has enhanced the bourbon and mellowed the notes of vanilla and caramel. Still quite good, but may have waited to long.
