The lesser note of tonight’s visit to Ober Brewing in Salem, VA. Definitely undeserving of the New England IPA title in every way, not “juicy” in any stretch of the imagination and a watered down, shell of an impersonation of a good beer. Not good.

Slightly sweet but with too light a body. In general, I feel like Ober Brewing can step up their flavor profiles some. The pilsen malts come through lightly; not a good omen. Hopefully batch #2 will improve upon this foundation.
