The aroma is hoppy in a grassy way (not fruity). The taste is slightly grassy/hoppy, but it's mostly an intense bitterness that dominates the entire tasting. This sharp, overwhelming, and one-dimensional bitterness turns this beer into a not so tasty IPA.

Sorry, but this is not a Berliner Weisse. It's a flat, quite sweet drink. There's a somewhat nice red-fruity creaminess, but this beer really goes nowhere. It's what I would brew if I thought my target audience couldn't handle a real Berliner Weisse.
